How booking works
- Open a listing, read the price and what is included, then create an account if you do not have one.
- Choose a slot the Tasker has opened and confirm the job in the app.
- Message in the booking thread until the work is done. Payment stays on Taskieo.
Taskieo does not employ Taskers and does not set their prices. Each listing is the Tasker’s own offer.
What to expect
- Emergency burst pipes may be outside a listing’s scope — read it, then message if you are unsure.
- Parts are often extra unless the listing includes them.
- Taskieo is not a plumbing company; the Tasker you book is responsible for the work.
Questions
- Are Taskers licensed plumbers?
- Only if their profile or listing says so. For work that legally requires a licence in your city, book a Tasker who states that credential.
- Who pays for replacement parts?
- Usually you, unless the listing includes parts. Confirm in the booking thread before they buy anything.
