Moving services
Moving listings are for help packing, carrying, and loading — studio and apartment moves, furniture into a truck, or an extra pair of hands on moving day. Crew size and vehicle are set by the Tasker on each listing.
No published moving listings are live in the catalogue at the moment. You can still create an account and search by address — coverage depends on who serves your area.
Typical jobs
- Studio and one-bedroom moves
- Loading or unloading a rental truck
- Furniture moves within a home or building
- Packing help for a local move
How booking works
- Open a listing, read the price and what is included, then create an account if you do not have one.
- Choose a slot the Tasker has opened and confirm the job in the app.
- Message in the booking thread until the work is done. Payment stays on Taskieo.
Taskieo does not employ Taskers and does not set their prices. Each listing is the Tasker’s own offer.
What to expect
- Listings should say whether a truck, crew, or packing materials are included.
- Stairs, elevators, and long carries affect time and price — describe them when you book.
- You pay through Taskieo for the booked service, not in cash on the day.
Questions
- Does the Tasker provide a truck?
- Only if the listing says so. Many moving-help listings are labour only. Read the description before you book.
- Are long-distance moves available?
- Taskieo is built for local jobs. If a Tasker offers a longer haul it will be written on that listing; do not assume interstate service.
