Handyman services
Handyman listings on Taskieo are for general repairs and odd jobs around the home — mounting, patching, assembly, and similar work that does not need a specialised trade licence unless the Tasker says they hold one.
1 Tasker has a published handyman listing right now. Counts change as people publish or pause their services.
Typical jobs
- Furniture assembly and wall mounting
- Door, lock, and fixture adjustments
- Drywall patches and small repairs
- Shelves, curtain rails, and similar install jobs
How booking works
- Open a listing, read the price and what is included, then create an account if you do not have one.
- Choose a slot the Tasker has opened and confirm the job in the app.
- Message in the booking thread until the work is done. Payment stays on Taskieo.
Taskieo does not employ Taskers and does not set their prices. Each listing is the Tasker’s own offer.
What to expect
- Read the listing for what is included. A “general repairs” listing is not a licensed electrical or plumbing job unless it says so.
- Photos and a short description of the problem help the Tasker confirm they can take it.
- Hourly listings usually state a typical duration; you confirm the scope before the visit.
Questions
- Will the Tasker be licensed?
- Taskieo Taskers are independent. If the work requires a licence in your area (electrical, gas, structural), book a listing that states that qualification, or use the Electrical or Plumbing categories.
- What if the job is bigger than expected?
- Message in the booking thread before extra work starts. Price changes are agreed between you and the Tasker, not invented by Taskieo.
